At Kynnersley Builders we take great care and pride in ensuring that our clients are involved in all stages of the project. Below is a broad step-by-step guide to an ordinary building process. However our builders are always available to meet with or discuss details with our clients and contractors at any time on request. We will always ensure our clients are fully informed and involved with the building process.

A face to face meeting with one of our Master Builders (David or Nathan) to discuss your ideas and plans. If you have plans drawn up, bring them along. Don’t have any plans? – no problem! We can recommend industry best drafters and designers and assist you with arranging your final plans.
STAGE 1

Once plans and building specifications are received we can develop a quote for you to review. Our quotes detail all prime costs and provisional sum allowances, and list all known specifications included in the price.
You’ve decided to build with Kynnersley Builders? That’s great! We will draw up tailored detailed contracts for all parties to sign.
STAGE 3
STAGE 4
We will arrange the required insurances and assist with any building or planning permit applications that may be required.
Once all the required paperwork is finished, building will commence, usually with a site scrape and foundation preparation. You will then be invoiced in accordance with the terms of your contract.
Fixed price contracts are usually billed in stages, on completion of:
Slab / Base
Frame
Lock-up
Fix-out
Completion (incl certificate of occupancy)
